If you withdraw from a contract concluded using one of the means of distance communication (Internet, telephone, etc.) within 14 days, the seller has the obligation to return the received money, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the day when you withdrew from the purchase contract. However, if you have opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will pay you the cost of delivery corresponding to the cheapest way of goods delivery.
The seller must refund the money in the way they were received from you. The seller may agree with the consumer that they will refund the money in a different way, but no additional costs must arise for the consumer.
The seller may delay the refund if the consumer is required to prove the goods have been sent or until the goods are handed over to the seller.
If the seller refuses to return the money to you, you can contact the institute for Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes with a request for a dispute resolution with the seller (online at www.coi.com) or a court with the relevant jurisdiction.
