Counseling and educational activities for consumers in 2015
In 2015, we continue the project which is targeted at consumer protection and education for the general consumer public.
Goal of the project “Counseling and educational activities for consumers” is to inform general consumer public about its rights related to the civil code and consumer protection code. Project continues successful project from 2014 and its main goal is to inform general public about consumer issues. Our clients can use personal consultations in Kolín, telephone consultations on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 17:00 (both only in Czech language) or ask with online counseling.

- telephone counseling – every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 to 17:00 at +420 272 047 707 (only in Czech)
- personal counseling in Kolín – every Monday from 15:00 to 20:00 at Na Pustině 1068 (not far from Tesco, direction to train station Kolín – zastávka) (only in Czech)
- online counseling – possibility to ask an inquiry with web form
- publication „Ochrana spotřebitele v ČR“ in three languages available from 2014: czech, vietnamese and russian, we prepare english and ukrainian version
- web pages in czech, english, russian, ukrainian and vietnamese language
- educational seminars for public
- workbook for teaching for high schools
