• New consumer goods purchased in the Czech Republic are subject to the period of 24 months, during which you can complain about the defects in goods.
• This period cannot be reduced for goods that are sold as new, even if you agree with it.
• In the case of used goods, the period for complaining about defective performance may be reduced to a maximum of 12 months, but you cannot complaint about defects that have already been present at the time of purchase and the seller has informed you of them.
