• If you complaint about goods within the period of 24 months from the purchase (under warranty), the seller should not charge you for the complaint. These charges may be called differently – service and transport fee, diagnostics fee, packing or unpacking fee, and more. However, it is always true that whatever the charge for the complaint is called, the seller does not have the right to charge you.
  • Even in the case of an unrecognized complaint where the seller rejects the complaint, they are not entitled to claim any fee. If the seller charged you in such way, they would act in violation of the law, and it would be up to you to decide whether or not to turn to relevant institutions with a request for an investigation.
